Transportation
TLP possesses unparalleled expertise in planning, designing, permitting and executing transportation-related projects. These projects have involved most major expressways and interstates throughout Florida including SR 408, SR 417, SR 528, HEFT (Homestead Ext. of Florida’s Turnpike), I-4, I-75 and I-10. These projects have included numerous major multi-level interchanges with TLP designing 31 bridges.
Land Development
Land Development
TLP prides itself in providing private clients the innovation and expertise to take raw land forward to the construction phase. The TLP staff are experts in the planning, design development and permitting all types of projects, from a 1-acre commercial site to residential subdivisions over hundreds of acres. The nature of land development projects requires diverse knowledge of site planning, paving-grading-drainage, utility design and access issues. Recent projects include the Orlando Magic/Advent Health Training Center and facility expansions for major theme parks.
Public Works
Public Works
TLP has completed numerous projects for public utilities as well as city and county governments. TLP staff is constantly making itself aware of the needs of each Utility Agency and the mandates to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public utility users. The design and permitting of utility projects requires an in depth knowledge of the existing utility system and how it will be impacted during the implementation of the projects. Constant coordination with the Utility Agencies has been a priority of TLP staff and contributed to many successful project completions.
