We are pleased to announce that David Lutz, PE has joined our firm as our newest Associate and Project Manager. David brings over ten years of experience in design and management of Transportation projects. He has managed design teams responsible for preliminary engineering and final design of limited-access roadways with interchanges and toll facilities.
